Search & AI Visibility Audit
A Search & AI Visibility Audit finds why the right people are not finding you, on Google or in AI answers like ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews, and what to fix first. We start from your own search and sales data, rank every fix by what the pages sell, and can rewrite the product pages that need it at scale.
How we do itWe run it with our own AI tooling against your Search Console data, your sales and what AI assistants say about you, not a crawler score.
- Built on your own Search Console data
- Fixes ranked by what the pages sell
- Google and AI answers, together
What we join
- Search Console: searches · positions
- Google Analytics: visits · conversions
- Keyword research: demand · competitors
- Your pages and products: content · structure
- AI answers: mentions · citations
- Your sales: what earns
What we look for
Searches you nearly rank for
A page at position 8 to 20 for a search with real demand is the cheapest win in SEO. Better titles, a clearer answer and a few internal links often move it onto page one. We list these by demand and by what the page sells.
Pages that show up but don't get clicked
High impressions with a low click-through rate usually means the title or description doesn't match the search, or gets cut off. We rewrite them against the actual queries in Search Console.
Pages Google shouldn't show
Empty categories, filtered and duplicate URLs, thin pages and checkout pages dilute your site. Telling Google to skip them concentrates attention on the pages that sell.
Quiet leaks
Missing descriptions, titles past 60 characters, two pages competing for one search, broken internal links and missing structured data. Each is small; together they add up.
Whether AI answers mention you
We ask ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI the questions your buyers ask, and record who gets named and which sources they cite. Then we work out why it is not you, and what would change that.
Product pages that answer the question
Thin product pages lose on Google and in AI answers alike. We rewrite them at scale with specs, plain-language answers and structured data, checked against your source material so nothing is invented.
Run your numbers
What is page one worth to you?
Take the searches where you already show on page two. What would moving them onto page one bring in?
Using Share of those searches you move onto page one: 30% · Click-through on page two: 1% · Click-through in the top five: 6% · Visitors who buy or enquire: 2% · Average order value: $150 · Gross margin: 40%. Adjust below.

- Extra sales a year
- $2,700
Illustrative, not a forecast. Use search volume from keyword research: Search Console undercounts page-two searches because it only counts the times someone reached page two. Click-through varies by search and by what Google shows above the results, and the yearly figure applies once the pages have moved, which usually takes a few months. It does not take off the cost of the work. Nothing you enter leaves this page.
Why we join search data with sales
Ranking for a search is only worth something if the people searching buy. When we can see which pages and products earn money, we put the SEO effort where the margin is, rather than chasing traffic that never converts. It’s the same connected-data approach behind everything on our growth page.
More visitors only pay if they can finish buying, which is what the Checkout Leak Check looks at. For the background on AI answers, read our guide to generative engine optimisation.

- Quiet SEO Leaks: Empty Pages, Missing Descriptions, Cut-Off TitlesSmall search problems that never show as errors: empty category pages in Google, brand pages with no description and titles cut off in results.
- The Shopping Feed Fields Nobody ChecksMissing brands, cut-off descriptions and duplicate titles in a Google Shopping feed cost visibility long before any product gets rejected.
Common questions
What is included?
Search Console performance by page and query, indexing and crawl issues, titles and descriptions, duplicate and competing pages, internal links, page speed, structured data and keyword gaps against competitors. Every item is ranked by what it is likely worth to you.
How is this different from a free SEO audit tool?
Free tools crawl your site and score it against a checklist. They cannot see your Search Console data or your sales, so they cannot tell you which problems are costing you customers. We start from what Google is already showing people and what those visitors go on to buy.
What access do you need?
Read-only access to Google Search Console and Google Analytics. If you want fixes tied to sales, a read-only export from your store or CRM as well.
Do you fix the issues too?
Yes, if you want us to. Many fixes are content and settings changes we can make directly; others need a developer, and we either do the work or write it up for yours.
Does this cover AI search, like ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews?
Yes, it is half the audit. We check which AI assistants mention you for the questions your buyers ask, which sources they cite instead, and what would earn you a mention: clear, quotable answers, structured data and being cited by the sites they trust.
Can you rewrite our product pages too?
Yes. Once the audit shows which pages matter, we rewrite them at scale: specs, buyer questions answered in plain language, and structured data, all checked against your supplier and product information. It is quoted separately after the audit.
