What does it cost?
Engagements are fixed-scope and quoted up front, no retainers by default. The number depends on what we're building, and you'll know it before any work starts. The first conversation is free.
What if I don't know exactly what I need?
Good. That's where we start. Most owners arrive with a symptom, not a spec. Bring the thing that keeps slipping and we'll find the real problem behind it.
Do you work with businesses our size?
We work with founders and operators, usually mid-market teams past the startup stage. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so and point you somewhere useful.
Do you do one-off projects, or ongoing retainers?
Mostly fixed-scope, time-boxed projects with a clean handover. We'd rather make ourselves unnecessary than keep you on a retainer. Staying on call after we ship is an option, not the default.
