- What does it cost?
- Engagements are fixed-scope and quoted up front, no retainers by default. The number depends on what we're building, and you'll know it before any work starts. The first conversation is free.
- What if I don't know exactly what I need?
- Good. That's where we start. Most owners arrive with a symptom, not a spec. Bring the thing that keeps slipping and we'll find the real problem behind it.
- Do you work with businesses our size?
- We work with founders and operators, usually mid-market teams past the startup stage. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so and point you somewhere useful.
- Do you do one-off projects, or ongoing retainers?
- Mostly fixed-scope, time-boxed projects with a clean handover. We'd rather make ourselves unnecessary than keep you on a retainer. Staying on call after we ship is an option, not the default.
